Sante On The Go MealsSanté On The Go Meals Are:

  • Made only with good healthy fats (olive, grapeseed and coconut oils)
  • Nutritionally balanced and have a low glycemic index
  • Always designed with foods that have anti-inflammatory properties*
  • High in fibre
  • All gluten-free, dairy free and non-fermented soy free

*Inflammation is a natural response of the body and can help fight a variety of bodily insults, ranging from infection to a sprained ankle.

*Chronic inflammation on the other hand, is now known to be a primary player in many diseases and psychological disorders. The evidence is clear that by adding anti-inflammatory foods to one’s diet can drastically help fight inflammation and maintain good health.

Sante On The Go - MealsOur Philosophy

We believe in nourishing your bodies with good, wholesome foods. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality ingredients and making meals that are gluten-free, dairy-free and non-fermented soy-free.

What is Paleo?

The Paleo diet is all about returning to the way food used to be before all the chemicals and preservative were added. There are no processed foods, refined sugars, or grains (no legumes, vegetable seed oils, or added sugar). Paleo meals are balanced with healthy fats, lean proteins and some low glycemic carbohydrates (like sweet potatoes, fruits, etc).

Included: Fruits, Non-starchy Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Grass-fed meats, Nuts and Seeds, Healthy Fats like Olive oil and Coconut oil and Quinoa.
Not included: Processed Sugar, Dairy, Starches, Legumes, Trans fats

What is Vegetarian?

The vegetarian meals are full of flavor and provide tasty meatless options without sacrificing the nutrients the body needs. These nutrient dense meals include nuts, seeds, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, legumes (but no soy) and gluten-free grains. The vegetarian line has no meat or fish byproducts, light on eggs.

Included: Fruits, Vegetables, light use of eggs, Nuts and Seeds, Healthy Fats, Gluten-free Grains (brown rice, wild rice), Legumes Not included: Processed sugar, Meat and Poultry, Seafood, Trans fats, Dairy

Our Why

Almost everyone knows that eating good, wholesome food is key to living a long and healthy life, but a lot of people reach for processed and packaged food regardless.  Why? People are busy; we are busy! Finding the time to plan out healthy meals, go to the grocery store and cook, can be a long and tiresome task. We get why people opt for fast food. We’ve been there, and we know how hard it is to find healthy meals on the go. That’s why we wanted to start Santé On the Go Meals. We wanted to provide a healthy alternative to fast food for busy people and families just like us. We wanted to make healthy eating (true healthy eating) simple.
