Holistic Nutrition

Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual as a whole, including all aspects of their lifestyle. This natural approach incorporates emotional, spiritual and physical health to create a state of well-being for optimum health. A holistic approach to proper nutrition encourages education on basic nutrition to develop a holistic diet that incorporates natural and organic foods, natural holistic supplements and food treatments for chronic health conditions.

“Today, more than 95% of all chronic disease is caused by food choice, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies and lack of physical exercise.” ~ Mike Adams

Rola Elias

Rola Elias is a bilingual Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Upon discovering she had been living with Hashimoto’s disease for years before being accurately diagnosed, and working through the physical and mental health challenges that accompany the disease, Rola took her health into her own hands and returned to school to study how food can impact our physical and mental health, and how we can best optimize it. She graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in November of 2019. Her own health journey ignited her passion for learning about holistic nutrition and helping others regain control of their health and achieve their goals. When she’s not working her regular 8–4 j.o.b. or doing research, Rola loves spending time in her kitchen trying new recipes, gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
