Holistic nutrition focuses on a natural approach to a healthy diet and considers the individual as a whole, including all aspects of their lifestyle. This natural approach incorporates emotional, spiritual and physical health to create a state of well-being for optimum health. A holistic approach to proper nutrition encourages education on basic nutrition to develop a holistic diet that incorporates natural and organic foods, natural holistic supplements and food treatments for chronic health conditions.

Julie Gervais

Julie Gervais is a bilingual Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Brain Health
Coach, the founder of ‘’Be Healthy Be Happy with Julie’’ formally known as
‘’Brain Health pour la Vie!’’, an EFT practitioner & a midlife coach who specializes
in women’s health & mental wellness with proper nutrition and purposeful lifestyle choices. She’s also the mother of 3 amazing teenagers who keep her very busy
when she’s not with clients.

Having spent 10 years witnessing the impact of food on her children’s physical
and mental health with conditions such as extreme fatigue, severe eczema and
constipation, in addition to ADHD and oppositional behavior, she decided to
change her family’s eating habits one day at a time. Throughout the journey, she
noticed not only was everyone healthier, but they also felt happier, calmer and
more in control of their emotions. Having struggled personally as well her whole
life with mood swings and anxiety, and seeing and feeling the difference as a
result of better nutrition, she developed a passion for educating families about
the impact of food on our mental wellbeing. 

Being in midlife herself and a soon-to-be empty nester, she’s also very
passionate about supporting women and mothers by reconnecting to their
purpose.

She’s the creator of her 4-month online program ‘’The Happiness Reset
Adventure’’, where she takes women through a journey of brain-healthy habits
needed for a healthy brain and a happy life!
